AMANI BEAUTY STUDIO LLC Services, Booking & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please review this Policy carefully before booking an appointment with Amani Beauty Studio LLC (“Amani Beauty Studio,” the “Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY & CARD AUTHORIZATION By booking an appointment with Amani Beauty Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Services, Booking & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”). A valid credit or debit card may be required to be kept on file in order to schedule and maintain an appointment. By booking an appointment and accepting this Policy, you authorize Amani Beauty Studio to charge the card on file for any deposit, cancellation fee, same-day cancellation fee, no-show fee, late fee, or other amount that becomes due under this Policy, including, where applicable, up to 100% of the scheduled service price. 2. NO REFUNDS All completed services are non-refundable. If you have a concern regarding a service you received, please contact the Studio promptly so we have an opportunity to review your concern. 3. DEPOSITS Certain appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated by the Studio: * All deposits are non-refundable. * All deposits are non-transferable. * Deposits are applied toward the total price of the originally scheduled service. * If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, the deposit may be forfeited as provided in this Policy. Deposits required for bridal services are governed by the Bridal Service Policy below. 4. PRICING & ADDITIONAL CHARGES All service prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the service is performed. Prices listed at the time of booking may reflect a starting price. Additional charges may apply when a service requires additional time, product, modifications, or work due to factors including, but not limited to, hair length, hair density, condition of the hair, or changes to the originally scheduled service. When reasonably practicable, the Studio will inform you of material additional charges before performing the additional work. 5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. To allow us sufficient opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client, we require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The following policies apply: 72 Hours or More Before Your Appointment You may cancel or request to reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee. However, deposits remain subject to the deposit terms stated in this Policy. Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Appointment If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, any deposit paid for the appointment will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment. Same-Day Cancellations A cancellation or rescheduling request made on the same calendar day as your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Any deposit previously paid will be credited toward this amount, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. 6. NO-SHOWS Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing notice is considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Any deposit previously paid will be credited toward the amount due, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. It is the client’s responsibility to remember the date and time of their scheduled appointment. Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy and do not waive or modify this Policy if a reminder is not received. 7. FUTURE APPOINTMENTS Clients who: * cancel or request to reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice; * cancel or reschedule on the same day as their appointment; or * fail to attend a scheduled appointment may be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking future services. Any outstanding cancellation, no-show, or other applicable fees may also be required to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. 8. LATE ARRIVALS We understand that unexpected delays can occur. Amani Beauty Studio provides a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the Studio will determine whether there is sufficient time remaining to complete your scheduled service without negatively affecting other clients’ appointments. If we are able to complete your service after the 15-minute grace period, a $35 late fee may be added to your service total. If there is not enough time to safely or properly complete the scheduled service, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled. A cancellation or rescheduling caused by a late arrival may be treated as a same-day cancellation and may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. 9. BRIDAL SERVICES Wedding-day and bridal services require extended appointment times, advance preparation, and the reservation of significant Studio resources. The following terms therefore apply specifically to bridal appointments: * All bridal deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. * If a bridal appointment is canceled, the bridal deposit will be forfeited regardless of how much advance notice is provided. * Bridal no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled bridal service amount. * Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be subject to a $35 late fee. * Additional cancellation terms contained in a separate bridal agreement or contract, if applicable, will also apply. Any applicable cancellation, late, or no-show amount may be charged to the card on file. If there is a conflict between this section and the Studio’s general cancellation policy, the Bridal Services Policy will control for bridal appointments. 10. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE The health, safety, and comfort of our clients and staff are important to us. Amani Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule a service when we reasonably believe that providing the service may create a health, safety, sanitation, or workplace concern. This may include, but is not limited to: * lice or other contagious scalp conditions; * skin infections; * open wounds or sores in the service area; * symptoms of a contagious illness, including fever or persistent coughing; * threatening, abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior; or * any condition or circumstance that the Studio reasonably determines could compromise the health or safety of the client, Studio staff, or other guests. Refusal or discontinuation of service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of a deposit or other amount paid. Any applicable charge will depend on the circumstances and this Policy. 11. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By providing a payment card and booking an appointment, you authorize Amani Beauty Studio to use the card on file to collect amounts that become due under this Policy. This may include applicable deposits, late fees, cancellation fees, same-day cancellation fees, and no-show charges. Your authorization remains subject to applicable law and the terms and requirements of the Studio’s payment processor. 12. POLICY CHANGES Amani Beauty Studio reserves the right to modify its policies, services, and pricing from time to time. The Policy applicable to an appointment will be the Policy presented or otherwise made available to the client in connection with that booking, except where a change is required by law. 13. WAIVER No waiver by Amani Beauty Studio of any provision of this Policy will be effective unless expressly made in writing by the Studio. A failure or delay by the Studio in enforcing any provision of this Policy on one occasion does not waive the Studio’s right to enforce that provision, or any other provision, in the future. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking an appointment with Amani Beauty Studio LLC, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the Services, Booking & Cancellation Policy. I understand the Studio’s deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies and authorize Amani Beauty Studio LLC to charge my card on file for amounts that become due under this Policy, including, when applicable, up to 100% of the scheduled service amount
