POLICIES ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES By booking an appointment for services with Amani Beauty Studio LLC (the “Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Services and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”). To facilitate smooth booking and cancellations, the Studio requires a valid credit card on file when scheduling your appointment. By accepting this Policy, you authorize the Studio to charge applicable cancellation, late, or no-show fees to the credit card on file as outlined below. NO REFUNDS All services are non-refundable. DEPOSITS A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at any time, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment. SERVICES AND CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment is very important to us, and the Studio strives to provide every client with the time and attention they deserve. Because of this, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To avoid being charged the full service amount, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that appointments require reserving dedicated time with a stylist. For longer services, extended time blocks are reserved to ensure your service can be completed without interruption. When an appointment is canceled late or missed, that reserved time cannot be offered to another client. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (“no-shows”) will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount. Any deposit previously paid will be applied toward that amount, and the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. It is the client’s responsibility to remember scheduled appointment dates and times to avoid late cancellations, missed appointments, or associated fees. FUTURE APPOINTMENTS Clients who cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, cancel the same day, or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit in order to book any future services. LATE ARRIVALS We understand that delays can happen, and we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time. If we are still able to complete the service after the 15-minute grace period, a $35 late fee will be added to your service total. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation fee. BRIDAL SERVICE POLICY Appointments for wedding day or bridal services require reserving extended time and resources. As a result, all bridal deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled at any time, regardless of when notice is given. Missed appointments or “no-shows” for bridal services will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be subject to a $35 late fee. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we believe they may pose a health or safety risk. This includes, but is not limited to, lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illnesses (such as a persistent cough or fever), or inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. Thank you for your understanding. WAIVER No waiver by the Studio of any provision of this Policy shall be effective unless explicitly set forth in writing and signed by the Studio. No failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, remedy, power, or privilege arising from this Policy shall operate or be construed as a waiver of that right or any other right.
